If the Customer does not have ADR-approved packaging, Design Kft. accepts no liability during roadside inspections carried out in the course of transport; this is in all cases the responsibility of the waste producer or consignor. We can provide ADR-approved packaging at the Customer's prior request.
We can provide packaging only to our contracted partners!
Rental fee
The Customer pays a monthly rental fee, based on the Contractor's invoice, for the number of containers provided. The Contractor supplies the requested number of replacement containers, so the rental is continuous. The use of clamp-ring drums also requires the mandatory use of an ADR plastic liner bag, so that the waste does not contaminate the drum. If the packaging becomes contaminated or damaged as a result of improper use, if waste that cannot be emptied is placed in it, or if it goes missing, the Customer is obliged to pay the Contractor the price of the packaging.
