If the Customer does not dispose of ADR qualified packaging, the Design Ltd. does not assume any responsibility during the transport arising roadside checks, it is in every time the waste producer’s, sender’s responsibility. According to forecasted demand of the Customer we can provide ADR qualified packaging.

After containers are placed, the Customer pays rent monthly on the basis of the Contractor’s billing.
The Contractor provides the replacement of the required number of tote units, thus the lease is continuing.
Using snap-lock barrel includes the mandatory use of ADR lining bag in order to the barrel is not contaminated by the waste. If due to improper use, the container is polluted, injured, or can not be empty, or disappears, so that the Customer is required to be paid on the amount indicated in the table above, on the basis of the Contractor’s billing.
